We will monitor your website and repair the sections that stopped functioning properly. We will remove outdated items and add current news items, blog entries, press releases, and events to keep it fresh and keep interest in your site. The periodic addition of new web pages is also part of our maintenance services.

Over time there are new versions of browsers and new web standards. Motek Corporation will periodically review your site to ensure that it meets the latest standards and that your site maintains or improves it's ranking in the search engines.

Small stuff?

We offer fast and convenient service for small website changes - clients can simply send us an email with a description of the changes needed. No change is too small! We'll send you a quote, and with your OK, we'll proceed right away. If the changes are minor, we can usually have the updates completed within a week after receiving the email - and often the same day. (First time customers will have to give us a bit more information so we can actually install the changes to your site.)

If your site requires frequent content updates we can integrate a content management module allowing you to add, edit and delete content without knowledge of HTML.

Website Optimization

Depending on your performance problem, there are different ways that we can help optimize your website:

Slow Page Loading? We look first for the two most likely culprits: large files on your site or an overcrowded web server. Depending on what we find, we are likely to suggest either a design tune-up to reduce page sizes, or a move to a faster server.

Customers Unimpressed? We'll help you with a quick face-lift and content update if that is all you need. If the problem seems more extensive, we'll suggest solutions.

Low Search Engine Rankings? We'll review the extent of your problem and see whether a simple tune-up or a Search Engine Optimization project is called for. We will review your current site for technical issues, suggest content improvements, and check your current search engine placement and submission status. Then, we'll decide, together with you, what steps to take.

Website Hosting

Our standard maintenance packages include hosting and monitoring your site for problems. If you prefer to take care of your own site, we do offer a separate hosting package as an alternative.

Depending on your package and needs, we may offer full server administration, HTTP, FTP and database connectivity support, e-mail gateway services, site security and error monitoring, and backup and recovery services.
